I am a PhD candidate at College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University under the supervision of Dr. John M. Carroll. My research is focused on Human-Computer Interaction. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management at Underwood International College at Yonsei University. I am adept at qualitative and quantitative methods and Machine Learning and data science into my insights.
